This warning is provided in connection with California's Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 ("Proposition 65"), which requires businesses to provide a warning where certain products may expose consumers to listed chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
1. General Warning
Some products sold in Kenji Lopez-Alt Shop, including certain cookware and kitchen tools, may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. For more information, visit www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.
2. Where This Warning Applies
This warning is displayed on the product listing page for any qualifying item, and applies regardless of the state or country to which the item is shipped, consistent with Proposition 65's requirement that the warning travel with the product.
