Our Place Wonder Oven Pro

I collaborated with my friends at Our Place to design the Wonder Oven Pro, and it is everything I want in a countertop oven.

After extensive testing and revision, I  finally have a countertop oven that not only performs all the tasks of a standard countertop oven—convection roasting, baking, toasting, broiling, reheating—but also dehydrates produce and meats, proofs doughs, air-fries, and—with its steam-infusion tech—makes the crispest, most moist toast I’ve ever had.

This oven expands on the versatility of their line of Wonder Ovens by adding some amazing new features and modes:

• Powerful quartz heating elements that will broil, bake, roast, toast, and reheat faster and better than your full-sized oven.

• Proofing mode that will allow you to proof dough at precise temperatures as low as 80°F for faster bread, pizza, and pastries.

• Dehydrate mode that combines low temperatures and moving air to dry fresh fruits or jerky. Perfect for my kids when I've got fruit on the counter that won't get finished before it over-ripens.

• Air-fry mode that combines high heat with a powerful optimized convection fan for crisp, browned crusts on wings, crunchy potatoes, frizzled broccoli and brussels sprouts, re-heated fried chicken that tastes fresh out of the fryer, and anything else you'd typically cook in a standalone air fryer.

• Steam-Infusion toasting and baking for superior crusts and toasting.

• Digital controls that allow you to control precise heat, timing, and cooking modes.

• Non-toxic, non-stick ceramic bakeware in Golden Yolk color (including a sheet tray, a deep baking pan/pizza pan, and a muffin pan if you order with the Chef's Kit)

• A satisfyingly clicky button in my signature Guava Pink color for satisfying clicking.

And, like all Our Place products, the Wonder Oven Pro (in my signature Pistachio color!) looks great sitting on my counter.
